Chase and the crew were great! They made it a lot easier than I thought it was going to be. They were really thorough and kept me updated about their progress, asking questions before proceeding when they came across items they thought I should look at and even photographically documented the areas they cleaned out that I wasn't ably to get to. They were polite and cheerful the whole time, even after working in some less-than-pleasant areas of the house. Also, the communication from my first call to schedule (this was the only company to answer the phone and not use voice mail) to reminders about the appointment to the day of were great.
